The town with the absolutely best playground. We have now reached Cherbourg in France - and there hasn't been a playground yet that could compare to the nature playground in Juelsminde.

The marina is pleasantly laid out with all necessities within a short walking distance.

For us, it's important that we can combine activities for the kids as well as workout options for us adults. The harbor has a nice little beach that invites winter bathing. There are outdoor exercise facilities and a small playground.

Walking up through the town, you'll find good restaurants, a fish shop, and other stores. There's a small marine shop with a nice selection of boat equipment. On the outskirts of town - just a short walk from the harbor - is the nature playground. A place where both children and adults can easily spend several hours. If you have children, it's definitely worth a visit.
